Mizoram Assembly Election 2023 को देखते हुए BJP ने Central Minister Kiren Rijiju को Election Incharge नियुक्त किया है। शुक्रवार (13 अक्टूबर) को पार्टी ने ये घोषणा की। वहीं, Nagaland के Deputy CM Yanthungo Patton और Anil Antony को Co-Incharge की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
Anil Antony का BJP में बढ़ता कद
Anil Antony, जो कि Senior Congress Leader AK Antony के बेटे हैं, कुछ समय पहले Congress छोड़कर BJP में शामिल हुए थे। अब BJP ने उन्हें Mizoram Election Co-Incharge बनाकर North-East में पार्टी की पकड़ मजबूत करने का संकेत दिया है।
Jatinder Pal Malhotra बने Chandigarh BJP President
BJP ने Jatinder Pal Malhotra को Chandigarh BJP President नियुक्त किया है। पार्टी के अनुसार, यह नियुक्तियां “Immediate Effect” से लागू होंगी।

BJP के National President JP Nadda ने इस घोषणा के साथ एक Official Tweet भी किया:

Current Political Scenario in Mizoram
➡️ फिलहाल Mizoram में Zoramthanga के नेतृत्व वाली Mizo National Front (MNF) की सरकार है।
➡️ 2018 Election में MNF ने 26 सीटें जीती थीं।
➡️ Zoram People’s Movement को 8 सीटें, और Congress को 5 सीटें मिली थीं।
अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि BJP, Mizoram में कितना Strong Performance कर पाती है!
